Eastside Legal Assistance Program

The Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP) is a non-profit organization providing civil legal assistance to low income residents of East and Northeast King County. Since opening its doors in 1990, ELAP has assisted more than 35,000 people. ELAP's attorneys have volunteered more than 10,000 hours of legal service to community residents through its programs.
